1. Introduction

Welcome to Imperium Online, an independently operated Silkroad Online private server. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Imperium Online website, account services, game servers, and related community channels.

By creating an account, connecting to our servers, or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use Imperium Online.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information related to your account and use of the service.

2. Account Registration

To play on Imperium Online, you must register an account through the official website. Registration requires a username, email address, and password. Passwords are stored using hashing; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

A phone number may optionally be added in your account profile after registration where that feature is available. Date of birth is not required for registration.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to update it when necessary through official account tools or support channels.

3. Account Ownership and Access

Player accounts provide access to the Imperium Online service. An account does not represent ownership of the server, databases, or underlying systems operated by Imperium Online.

Characters, items, Gold, Silk, and other virtual assets are digital game content licensed for use within Imperium Online. You do not acquire real-world ownership of the server or an unconditional right to retain virtual assets outside the rules of the service.

Imperium Online may manage, modify, correct, suspend, or remove accounts and virtual content when reasonably necessary for security, technical corrections, game balance, rule enforcement, fraud prevention, or continued operation of the service.

Account restrictions or removals may be applied in cases of cheating, exploitation, fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms. Actions are taken for documented reasons related to service integrity—not arbitrarily against legitimate progress.

4. Virtual Items, Silk and In-Game Currency

Silk, Gold, items, characters, equipment, and other virtual rewards exist only within Imperium Online. They have no guaranteed monetary or cash value outside the game.

Silk cannot be exchanged for real-world money through the server. Virtual items and currencies are subject to game rules, server software, and administration.

The administration may correct invalid balances, duplicated items, technical errors, or rewards obtained through exploits or rule violations when investigation confirms an issue.

5. Payments and Donations

Imperium Online may offer optional Silk purchases, donations, or related digital services. Payment options may include the following.

Manual payment methods

These methods are not described as automatic website integrations. They may require direct communication with Imperium Online administration and verification through official support tickets:

Players may be asked to provide transaction details or proof of payment for manual methods. Imperium Online does not store complete bank card details, banking passwords, PINs, or cryptocurrency wallet private keys.

6. No Refund Policy

• All completed Silk purchases are considered final.
• No full or partial refunds are offered after a successful purchase, whether the Silk has been used or remains unused.
• Silk cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred back to the original payment method.
• Review your purchase carefully before completing payment.
• If payment is successfully charged but purchased Silk is not credited due to a technical or payment-processing error, contact support through the official ticket system. The administration will investigate and correct verified delivery errors. Correcting a verified failed delivery is not an optional refund.

This policy applies subject to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Imperium Online does not offer discretionary refunds or encourage chargebacks outside verified delivery corrections.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

• Cheating and exploiting bugs are prohibited.
• Players must not abuse technical vulnerabilities or intentionally disrupt the game.
• Abusive behavior and insults in public chat are prohibited.
• Imperium Online has zero tolerance for racism.
• Players must respect other players and the community.

The administration reserves the right to investigate reports and take appropriate action when rules are violated.

8. Bot Policy

Botting is allowed on Imperium Online, subject to the server’s account limits and these Terms. Permitted automation does not include cheating, exploits, malicious tools, or abuse of server vulnerabilities.

Activities that harm other players, bypass security, duplicate items, or undermine fair play remain prohibited regardless of automation.

9. Account Limits

The server may enforce the following account limits:

10. Trading and Transactions

Players are responsible for reviewing trades and in-game transactions before confirming them.

The administration may investigate scams, exploits, duplicated items, or suspicious transactions using server records. Virtual assets should not be treated as having real-money value.

Imperium Online does not guarantee recovery of items lost through player-to-player trades or mistakes; support may assist when investigation shows clear abuse or technical fault.

11. Cheating, Exploits and Abuse

Cheating, use of unauthorized third-party tools that violate these Terms, duplication exploits, fraud, harassment, and deliberate abuse of game systems are prohibited.

Players must report serious vulnerabilities through official channels when possible rather than exploiting them for personal gain.

12. Bans and Penalties

Violations may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, suspensions, item or balance corrections, or permanent bans depending on severity and circumstances.

The administration may review relevant logs and records during investigations. Specific penalties are not guaranteed for every situation; each case is evaluated based on evidence and server rules.

13. Support and Administration

• Official support is handled through the website ticket system.
• Contact administration through official tickets for account, payment, and gameplay issues.
• Private messages to individual staff members are not an official support channel.
• The administration does not provide special deals, private privileges, or preferential treatment to individual players.
• All players are expected to follow the same rules.

14. Server Maintenance and Updates

• Regular server updates are scheduled for Tuesdays.
• Maintenance is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the update. These durations are estimates, not guaranteed completion times.
• Emergency maintenance may be required when necessary for security or stability.
• Important updates may be announced through official communication channels such as the website and Discord.

15. Service Availability

Imperium Online may experience downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, security incidents, hosting problems, or other operational circumstances. Uninterrupted service or guaranteed uptime is not promised.

Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may temporarily prevent access to the website or game servers.

16. Open Beta and Character Data

Player progress from the Open Beta period is not planned to be reset solely because Open Beta ends. Do not treat Open Beta as a throwaway phase unless the administration announces otherwise through official channels.

17. Player Suggestions and Community Feedback

Imperium Online values player suggestions. When a suggestion is implemented, the administration may publicly acknowledge and credit the contributor and may provide a reward.

Rewards or recognition are not guaranteed for every suggestion. Submission of feedback does not create an obligation to implement ideas or provide compensation.

18. Intellectual Property

Imperium Online’s website materials, branding, original written content, and custom systems created for this service may not be copied, republished, or misused without authorization.

Imperium Online does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property or the original Silkroad Online game and trademarks belonging to their respective rights holders. This server operates as an independent private project.

19. Changes to These Terms

Imperium Online may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to services, rules, payment methods, or operations. The latest version will be published on the official website with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the service after changes are published may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. Review this page periodically.
